Similar to the Send-to-TinyPic plugin, this plugin grabs the screen capture, saves it to a local file, then uploads it to the free image hosting service at Imgur.com . It then places the short URL of the bare image in the clipboard.
As of December 2010, this plugin works using the public Imgur.com REST API. You need to register with Imgur to get a developer "key" to use this plugin. It's free, but you do need to provide a name and email address. Imgur allows something like 50 uploads per hour, for each key.
Also, this plugin uses the Microsoft.Http.dll and Microsoft.Http.Extensions.dll assemblies, which are shipped as part of the WCF REST Starter Kit v2 (beta). These assemblies need to be either in the plugins directory for Cropper, or in the GAC on the machine.
